Any leprechaun would be lucky to have this beautiful green cocktail - it's crisp, refreshing, and a little spicy. The beautiful, green color comes from fresh cucumber. Make it Southwestern-Irish with Irish Whiskey & Green Sauce Green Chile Liqueur! Or mix it up 505 style, like we do, with our D'UVA 1 Brandy. Either way, this is a real delight!
RECIPE:
1.5 oz D'UVA 1 Brandy
1.5 oz Green Sauce Green Chile Liqueur
1.5 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice (place cucumber slices in blender, puree, then strain)
1 squeeze fresh lime
Cucumber slice for garnish, one edge dipped in sea salt
Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a coupe. Garnish with salted cucumber slice.
