For Easter, we couldn't resist creating a cocktail garnished with Peeps! This one is inspired by a creamsicle (get it, Peepsicle...), incorporating the flavors of orange, vanilla & cream. But don't worry, it's cuter than it is sweet. (We don't care for sickly sweet cocktails here at 505 Spirits.)
Orange You Glad to See Me Orange Liqueur and Vodka combine with orange juice and vanilla ice cream to make this a delightful brunch or grown-up dessert cocktail! Be sure to pick up some Peeps for garnish because, well... it's called a Peepsicle!

PEEPSICLE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Orange You Glad to See Me? Artisan Triple Sec/Orange Liqueur
1 oz Vodka (We recommend Ritual, by Altar Spirits)
1 oz orange juice
1 small scoop vanilla ice cream*
Your favorite Peep for garnish (optional, but... )
TO MAKE:
Prepare your glass: We recommend rimming half of your glass, not the whole rim, so you can taste it both ways as you sip! Simply rub an orange wedge (lemon and lime work just fine too) on the rim of half of your coupe or martini glass and dip it in the sparkly sugar.
In a shaker with several ice cubes, add orange liqueur, vodka, orange juice and vanilla ice cream. Shake & strain into a martini or coupe glass without ice. Garnish with Peep!
*We actually use heavy cream and our soon-to-be-released and oh-so-delicious VBX Vanilla Bean Agave Liqueur, but it is not available for sale yet. Soon very soon... So for this Easter, vanilla ice cream will work just fine.
