To bring this delicious, 100% Maguey Espadin Mezcal to the New Mexico market, we work with closely with a distillery in Oaxaca, Mexico to import 100% Maguey Espadin Mezcal at a high proof. In our Placitas distillery, we add our magical, New Mexico mountain aquifer water to bring it to 40% ABV.
We call this Mexico-New Mexico collaboration NewMexcal.
